Here I am listing some of my favourite (and quick) recipes. When cooking I like to keep mess to a minimum - especially if I am cleaning up. I therefore like to cook in one or a maximum of two pots only. Very rarely I will go to three pots but that third pot really needs to be used for “unmessy” cooking, such as boiling some vegetables or such.
