Changes and Updates to the Hole

I’ve been busy today updating in the engine room of Thomo’s Hole as well as providing a work around to some of the shortcomings of my theme and my widgets. Whilst the search box to the left will still not search static web-pages in Thomo’s Hole, I have added an “Archive Post” way back in the post stack with links to the pages. Now, for example, searching something like “Paekche” will bring up a post with a link to the appropriate part of my Gallery. Searching on “optometrist” will bring up the archive page and there a link will be found to the pitfalls of visiting an optometrist in a country where you do not speak the language.

I will also admit to having a long look at my theme and deciding that it is tired already. This will result in some experimentation with the Sandbox theme for WordPress and a likely change of theme later this year.
