This apparently has some footage of the scrap iron flotilla and HMAS Perth. There are many copies of Moyes' book about the Scrap Iron Flotilla available. The only other place I could suggest to try is the <a href="http://colsearch.nfsa.gov.au/" rel="nofollow">National Film and Sound Archive</a> and see of they have anything in the archives.
