March 2008. Thomo checks into a British Airways flight in Sydney. Whilst waiting in the queue I noticed the sign. See the date? Remember, the date – I was checking in in March 2008. BA is talking about new arrangements in March 2007. When exactly does something new become old? Time to update the sign folks.
