It’s Springtime

Well, it must be. Today I went out a couple of members of my favourite Mongolian family. I was wearing jeans, a sports jacket and a long-sleeved t-shirt. The temperature was around 0 celsius and the ice was melting. The sun was also shining and it felt nice and warm on the back of my jacket.

But the one thing that really told me spring was in the air was the wind/dust storm. Just a little one but the first of the season. These will continue now through March, April and May, ceasing finally in June. Still, unpleasant as the dust-storm was … it is spring!
