Tribal Mongol – the Next Group

Payday is almost here so it was time to look at the next batch of figures. I was tempted by the Naismith Design figures but in the end I opted to get the second group of Tribal Mongols from Alain Touller Figurines. The pictures I saw of these looked “picture perfect” (OK, I couldn’t resist that).

At the same time, and as I was impressed with the pictures of the figures I also took the chance to pick up some Komnenan Byzantines and some Koryo (Koreans). The Byzantines will slip nicely into that other campaign set I mentioned here earlier and the Koreans will work with a later set of Mongols.

I am now awaiting the arrival of these figures.
