My second favourite wargaime quote is “there is something wrong with my bloody dice today.”, a paraphrase of Admiral Beatty I believe. My favourite is quite literally unrepeatable as it involved 2 irritated wargamers bitching at each other with their mouths full of girl scout cookies. One of the funniest things I have ever seen.
