New Year

Usually a couple of times each year I have a think through of my upcoming and ongoing wargame projects. This year is no different except that I have not had a chance to sit down and think about it yet. Instead I have been sorting through the lead pile underneath Mum’s, well that and visiting the family in Canberra. I’m looking at everything under there and deciding what I am going to do with it. Some has been traded already for the start of my 30YW project, others have been sold off already and some will go back in the lead pile. I still have a chunk to do though.

Mind you, the good thing about the lead pile retrospective is that it is giving me time to think of new, odd, and interesting things for the future.

Stand by for more paint or sell posts in the next day or so, as well as an update on the past ones and a fuller retrospective. In the meantime, have a read of friend Doug’s retrospective.

Pondering … But it’s one I’ve mentioned before. Just finished watching the cricket so now will cook dinner then into the lead pile again 🙂

Going to be at CANCON. If so perhaps we can catch up.

I would love to but I will be back in Singapore then. If I could have made Cancon 2014 I would have been there playing in the DBA competition.

This year’s competition will be at DeBAKLe in Malaysia in February. Next day or so will be deciding on the army to paint and play with. The 4-hour, $25 bus ride from Singapore is a big attraction 😉

Certainly a lot easier to get to than canberra. May see you in 2015.
